It’s important to us that all music lovers have access to the Blue Collar Music Festival experience! For more details, please read the information below.

Festival Grounds:

The event is held in a large park. There are various types of terrain throughout the venue which includes grass, hard packed dirt, and gravel roadways.

Plan accordingly as there are some distances to be covered to get to all of the areas as with any natural terrain, rain can impact the conditions.
Weather in August is typically hot! Weather can change at any time. Please pack accordingly.

Accessible Parking:

There will be an Accessible Parking area at the venue for those for guests, who use wheelchairs, have significant mobility disabilities. The Accessible Parking Area is located on the West side of the park. Spaces are not reserved, they are first come first served. Please be prepared to present your state issued disabled license plate, hang tag or placard, to festival parking volunteers upon your arrival.

ADA Accessible Viewing Area:

There will be an Accessible Viewing Area within the venue for guests, who use wheelchairs, have significant mobility disabilities, or who have difficulty standing for long periods of time. The Accessible Viewing Area is located on the West side of the lawn area on a baseball diamond, which is a flat surface.

Powered Mobility Devices:

Guests with mobility disabilities are welcome to use motorized wheelchairs and three or four wheeled scooters. For safety reasons, guests may NOT use golf carts, all-terrain vehicles, two wheeled scooters or motorbikes, either in the venue itself, or in the parking and areas.

Service Animal Policies:

We welcome and support the rights and attendance of all persons with disabilities that rely on the special skills of a trained service animal.
For our patrons with disabilities who wish to bring their legitimate service animal to Blue Collar Festival, we ask that you review and follow the policies outlined. Service animals must be accompanied by the handler with the disability at all times. Service animals must be under the control and supervision of their handler at all times. Service animals are not permitted to be left unattended under any circumstances. Handlers are required to be prepared for, and clean-up after, their animals at all times. We reserve the right to remove and/or refuse access to any service animal from the grounds if that animal is deemed to be a health or safety threat to festival patrons, staff, or other service animals, or in violation of these policies.

Dog Policy:

Well behaved dogs are welcome, but must be accompanied by the handler at all times, and also be on a leash of no more than 6 ft. Dogs are not permitted to be left unattended under any circumstances. Handlers are required to be prepared for, and clean-up after, their animals at all times. We reserve the right to remove and/or refuse access to any dog from the grounds if that animal is deemed to be a health or safety threat to festival patrons, staff, dogs, or service animals, or in violation of these policies. No other pets are allowed.

Is there parking available in the park?

Yes, there is parking available at the Park, on a first come first served basis. Car pooling is encouraged.

What if it is raining?

In the event of inclement weather, the show will be interrupted, and resume again as soon as weather permits. Tickets are sold on a “rain or shine” basis, and no refunds will be given for delays or cancellations due to bad weather.

Are admission tickets available for purchase in advance?​

Yes! You may purchase tickets at The Faribault Chamber of Commerce, Bauers Southside Liquor and ONLINE

KIDS TICKETS MUST BE PURCHASED AT THE DOOR

Can I bring in my own food or beverages?

No outside food and beverages are not allowed at the event. We have a variety of food vendors in the park and will be selling a variety of beers, wines, and pop, as well as water. We will also have security checking any chairs, bags and strollers at the admission gates to ensure compliance.

What about coolers and bags, can I bring them to the event?

ALLOWED IN CONCERT AREA
• Diaper bag, must be accompanied with a proper-aged child
• Medical-necessary equipment bags after proper inspection at the gates. The only items allowed in such bags are medical-necessary items.
• Chairs and blankets are allowed, but it is recommended to bring chairs that fold up easily and are easy to get on and off shuttle buses. Chairs are required to come bag free as you enter event. You can bring your chair in a bag, but it will need to be taken out of bag as you enter.
• Strollers
ALL ITEMS listed above are subject to inspection.
Bags found to be in violation of this policy will not be allowed into the event area and event producer will not accept responsibility or liability for any bags or prohibited items not allowed in the event area.

What should I leave at home?

Coolers – Oversized Umbrellas – Food and beverages – A tuba (we already have a killer sound system, but points for enthusiasm!)


Guns are not permitted on TeePee Tonka Park grounds. All entries will go through a physical search for unsafe items or items not allowed

Are chairs provided or should I bring my own?

Chairs are not provided. You may bring blankets or chairs to sit on.

Are there reserved seats?

No, except in the VIP area. There is no reserved seating provided. All guests are allowed to bring your own lawn chair and/or blanket. Saving spaces is not permitted.

Do children need to pay admission?

Children 5 and under are admitted free of charge. Ages 6-10 are required to pay $5 admission. Children 11 and over must purchase an adult ticket. All Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

Is the event family friendly?

​Our event is geared more towards adults with no specific activities for children. If you want to bring your children, those 5 and under are free Ages 6-10 are required to pay $5 admission. Children 11 and over must purchase an adult ticket. All Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult at all times. You must be 21 years old for admission to VIP area.
